Wow! Thanks for posting Wildey's early Rio stories. As you probably already know, Eclipse reprinted all 60 pages as a magazine-size graphic album trade paperback. In the late 1980s Marvel published a second magazine-size book of new Rio material. In the 1990s Dark Horse published a two-issue Rio mini-series. I remember reading that unpublished (unfinished?) Rio pages were in found in Doug Wildey's studio at the time of his death. I wish someone would publish a volume featuring all of Wildey's Rio work gathered together between two covers.

ReplyDeleteAnonymous: I agree, a complete RIO in one big volume would be nice, although the trade paperbacks are pretty cheap on eBay.
